October looks positively rosy for online bingo fans at Foxy Bingo! The Fox has declared the whole month of October a “Play it Pink” month in aid of raising awareness of breast cancer. As one of the official partners of the Breast Cancer Campaign, Foxy will be painting it’s site pink with a series of special pink ribbon games. The online bingo site has been synonymous with some of the biggest names in charity- Foxy Bingo fans will no doubt remember its hugely successful campaign efforts for Comic Relief, with the Fox raising well over £150,000! And now, the site will be turning its attention to the hugely worthwhile cause of breast cancer awareness.
Throughout October, Foxy will be hosting a wide range of pink ribbon game cards, available for both 90 ball and 75 ball bingo games. Every time you purchase a pink ribbon card for a 90 ball game, the Fox will be handing 1p back to the Breast Cancer Campaign. And for every 10 cards purchased in the 75 ball games, Foxy will be handing 1p straight back to the campaign. This promo will be running throughout the whole of October, giving you plenty of chances to get involve in winning some fab prizes whilst giving back!
But as any fan of Foxy Bingo knows, the Foxy team never do things the conventional way. Alongside these great fundraising games, there will also be tons of other pink themed activities for players to get involved with and help sponsor the fundraising efforts!
Already Foxy fans have been getting on board to do their bit. Players ‘CHemma’ and ‘TMac’ recently held a Pink Ball in Spain, raising a whopping 3,250 Euros in the process- WTG! With a live band who sang for free and all music broadcast via a local radio station, it seems like The Pink Ball was a rosy success for all those who were able to participate in it. Many regional business houses stepped in to support the Pink Ball offering plenty of free prizes and gifts, no doubt making sure all the bingo players were tickled pink at the end of the night! ‘CHChica’ and ‘Lippy’ have also planned to take part in a special pink hair-dyeing contest. All pictures will be put up on the site for players to take a look at. Other players Shady, CHKarina and Zella will visit the Blackpool Illuminations, whereas Susan and CHjojo, will have a special pink themed bake sale. In another fun event, participants will make lovely message cards, which will go on sale at the site, and all proceeds going back to the campaign.
Midway through October Foxy Bingo will also be conducting a ‘Wear it Pink’ day. If that wasn’t enough, roomies should also keep their eyes peeled for the end of the month, when there will be a special prize draw conducted. And it seems like even the fab Foxy Bingo Chat Moderators have been getting busy in the name of charideee- the CM’s have been knitting a special quilt to be raffled off at the end of the month!
