The National Bingo Game, AKA NBG, has introduced an important new charity program; Breakthrough Bingo. The National Bingo Game is one of the biggest land based Bingo operators in the UK. They have joined forces with UK charity organisation, Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Hence, the campaign will be called, Breakthrough Bingo!
The Breakthrough Breast Cancer is a charity organisation, which means they rely on donations to get their work done. The organisation aims to help people change their lives, and eradicate the fear that breast cancer evokes. They also raise a lot of money to carry out important research into the disease.
Seventy percent of the staff and members at NBG are women. And, in the UK, one woman in every nine will be affected by cancer, at some point in their lives. So, the coalition makes a lot of sense! The charity game is a scratch card, of which a proportion of the winnings will go towards the campaign fund. The NBG has also pledged to donate 11.5p, of the £1 ticket price, to the fund.
Playing the new game is easy. Each scratch card has five numbers. Players scratch off their cards and the more they match, the more money they win. Match a single number and they win £2. Two numbers, bags a fiver. Players who match three, will have to wait and see. Because three matches, and you get the mystery prize. Match four or five, and the big £1000 prize pot is yours.
The breakthrough Bingo promotion begins on October 5th and will run for three months. The first Breakthrough Bingo campaign was launched in 2003, and more than three million has been raised so far. Why not offer your support? Without donations, this charity cannot exist. Because unfortunately, in this life, you never can tell when either you, or someone you love, may be relying on the help they offer.
